ARKIM Primary Care Clinic is a family-owned business founded by five family members who have different backgrounds. ARKIM means the first letter of each person that puts their input and guidance on creating our principles and mission. ARKIM Primary Care Clinic recognized the need of our community and are committed to the care and improvement of Quality of life.
The Practice combines their experience in Primary Care and Family Medicine providing integrated care, Laboratory and Pharmacy services are also provided. ARKIM Primary Care and staff are proud to put into practice our mission and values through Teamwork.

Telemedicine, which enables video or phone appointments between a patient and their health care practitioner, benefits both health and convenience.

Minor surgical procedures refer to surgery performed on superficial tissue, usually under local anaesthesia and using minimal equipment.

A physical exam is an evaluation of your overall health. It measures important vital signs and evaluates your body using observation, palpation, percussion, and auscultation.

An injection is the act of administering a liquid, especially a medication, into a person’s body using a needle (usually a hypodermic needle) and a syringe.

A hearing screening is a quick test to see how well you hear different sounds. You either pass or fail the screening.

A vision screening is a brief test that mainly checks how well you can see things up close and far away. It’s also called an eye test.

Among the services we provide to the immigrant community is Form I-693 (Immigration Medical Examination Report and Vaccination Record), which we certify and seal to give it legal validity.

Celia Zita Padron MD Medical Director

Kali Garcia Malpica (ARNP) one of the founders and Clinical Administrator was born in Matanzas, Cuba. In 2011 her husband and daughter immigrated to the United States. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. Kali attended School of Medicine in Cuba and received her Medical Degree in 2005. In November 2007 she completed the internship and residency program in Family Medicine at University of Matanzas. In July 2014 she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science degree at South University in Savannah Georgia. She holds a national board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AFNP) as a family nurse practitioner. Kali Garcia Mapica (ARNP) is affiliated to Cleveland Clinic Hospital. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Kali has been serving her patients for over 18 years.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We expect you to provide us with information related to your healthcare needs, as well as obtain an appropriate medical history, current medications ( we highly recommend you to bring them all during the visit), recent labs and diagnostic images results, ER visits and hospitalizations. It will allow us to provide you with an integrated and smooth service during the visit. As a team we have worked very hard to be your trusted Health Care Providers. We are excited to be part of this unique service.

For medical issues that are not life threatening emergencies, you can call the office 24/7 at 772-237-5244. We will offer an ASAP appointment via Telemedicine or face encounter to prevent an ER visit.
If you have a life threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. We highly recommend that a family member or caregiver call the office immediately to alert our team about your situation.

You are never alone. We will be available 24/7 over the phone for all your needs. Our health care team is highly trained and available to provide and address your urgent matters. During regular hours there will be staff in the office to offer ASAP appointments.

Yes. We will see patients in their home in medically appropriate situación. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.

As your primary care provider, my training allows me to manage most of your health care needs. Our goal is to provide in-house services however, if you need to be seen by a specialist, we will find the right one for you, will make proper referrals and coordination to ensure you get what you need. The process includes direct pear to pear consultation prior and after your appointment and direct coordination of your visit.
